I was having problems with the local BMW dealership, & a friend told me about Alpine and I’ve never looked back. Not only have they been great with my BMW but they’ve given me the best & most honest work I’ve ever received since dealing with shops. Highly recommended, a man named John has followed up with me after every visit verifying the quality of the work and if there were any issues overall great experience.Even the personnel at the desk and in the shop were very hospitable.

I had taken my Z3 to Alpine many times over the years and I have to say I can always expect the same service from them. Although I can always expect quality work, it's the honesty that stands out the most for me. I can trust what they say is wrong and I can trust the direction they go for the repair. Although I have sold my Z and now own an X5, they will continue to be my service center of choice. I have recommended many people to Alpine, and from what I know their experience has been the same.

Alpine Autoworks is the only shop that has worked on my BMW since 2009. They have proven themselves time and time again to be trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable about BMW's. They work with you to try and find the best solution to the repair. As well, they will help you budget for future repairs by keeping you updated on what will be due in scheduled maintenance over the coming years. That's huge in my book. Last, they go the extra mile when doing the work and make sure everything is done just right. It's those little add-ons that keep me coming back. They'll be the only shop that works on my car.

Alpine is a top notch repair shop for BMW vehicles. They go above and beyond to service their customers. I had an emergency situation and they acted quickly even though it was close to the end of the business day. The diagnosis was quick and the repair was done with care.
