I brought my Mini Countryman to Alpine for an emergency engine issue on the day before I had to leave for a trip, and they went above and beyond to get my car fixed within that tight timeframe. I especially appreciate how friendly and communicative they were through the entire process even though my schedule constraints were so demanding. It was my first time bringing my car to Alpine, and I’ll definitely use them again!

Had issues with my 2013 550i and I was referred to Alpine by a friend. Very good customer service with in depth explanations about issues and suggestions to your BMW. Would definitely recommend. My new repair center home!

Brought them my E39 multiple times in 2016 and they currently service my F25. Friendly staff, great customer service, straightforward with their diagnoses, and arguably most importantly, they’ll fix your BMW.
