I was referred here when I bought my first BMW by the BMWCCA Chapter leadership. Over the past 20 years, Alpine has serviced my E24, E30, E36 M3, E34, E39, and my E23 745i. They are conscientious, knowledgeable and honest.

Alpine Autoworks, by far is the most experienced BMW shop in Memphis. Before going to Alpine Autoworks, I had to take my vehicle to 4 different places, and they still could not find the problem. Alpine Autoworks, literally headache diagnosed within 1 hour. Then, I found out they also do BMW Tuning. So, then I had them install all the bolt on's required for a stage 3 tune. Then, Alpine Autoworks, did a stage 3 transmission flash, I cannot be more ecstatic. Not only did I find a BMW shop that not only really knows about BMWs. Alpine Autoworks, is the only place in Memphis, that will do anything that's related to any aftermarket performance modifications. The best part was when I received my bill their prices are phenomenal in comparison to many others. Usually, I never write reviews although I'm a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due. Just bought a used Mini Cooper and only got 1 key for the vehicle. Bought 2 new keys and had them the next day, which is great if you lost your keys. Really helps to have an expert that's not the dealership.

Kerry is simply an angel. I was driving a BMW X6M from Cali to DC then I'd an engine light in Tennesse and stopped by their shop. Kerry went extra miles in his customer service! This guy is the epitome of kindness and dedication. Besides the engine light, he helped me fill my tank with the big "gallon" that I'd in the car, he didn't care having his hands dirty with gas (I didn't know how to operate the gas container). Keep doing the good work!

Excellent customer service! I really appreciate the extent in which staff was willing to accommodate and provide full knowledge to what I should expect relating to services. Post- service I've had no issues to assume my car was not properly repaired. Also because of the team, it's a guarantee I will now come here for all future service + maintenance. -MINI mom
