Alpine AutoWorks is by far the best shop in the area for all BMW service and repair needs. I recently had a brake issue with my M3. Alpine AutoWorks diagnosed my problem quickly, made the repairs, checked over the other brakes and found a couple of other minor issues. They made the repairs for less money than I expected, and my car has been running great ever since!! Highly recommend!!

I can honestly say that Alpine has provided me with some of the most professional and courteous service of any vehicle repair or service shop. And trust me… I have a concrete foot and I am hard on a vehicle. I actually drive an eighteen wheeler part time so I get quite embarrassed about the condition that I let my little convertible 228xi get in. But they are very thorough and will inform you of services that will need attention soon without pressuring you into an immediate upsale. You will not be disappointed!

Alpine was recommended by two of my friends for BMW service. After 13 years my wife's 2012 BMW X3 needed AC work/recharge. After talking with Jessica I scheduled an appointment for the next day late and they keep her car overnight. Leslie took me home and picked me up the next day and washed my car! I live in Collierville and this was a big plus for me. My wife drove her car and was amazed how cool the car was and made the comment she had not noticed how much the car actually got that cold! I really appreciate that my wife was satisfied and not "hot" anymore in her car! Jessica was great in getting things worked out and Leslie was a joy to talk to in the long ride from Cvlle to their location. I might add that Leslie was a quick thinker and reactor to a possible bad accident that he avoided on Bill Morris/Nonconnah as we truly experienced the "Wild Wild West" drivers on the interstate! The free 20 point Courtesy inspection was great as it provided me with a thorough report was any upcoming issues in the future. I highly recommend Alpine! They are a pleasure to work with om my wife's BMW!

Alpine has been where my cars are serviced since they opened and repairs, customer service are second to none. I’ve read some of the negative comments because of bad experiences but did the customer return for an explanation and give the shop an opportunity to correct the problem or encounter. I’m satisfied with Alpine and always recommend them to Beamer owners
