Alpine has been where my cars are serviced since they opened and repairs, customer service are second to none. I’ve read some of the negative comments because of bad experiences but did the customer return for an explanation and give the shop an opportunity to correct the problem or encounter. I’m satisfied with Alpine and always recommend them to Beamer owners

Honest, respectful shop! They provide detailed, easy to understand analysis (including photos!) and do top-quality work! They even got my repair completed more quickly than promised. Would feel good about recommending Alpine to anyone!

I have been taking my BMW’s to Alpine since 2008, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I feel like they know me and my car, and they are honest with recommendations about which repairs should be prioritized. It’s so nice how they give me a ride to work or offer me a loaner - I love when I get the one that is like my old car! Once I took my car in, thinking something was leaking, and they let me know that it was just due to a can of some fuel additive I forgot about that had spilled under the seat. A dishonest person could’ve easily convinced me there was a serious problem that needed to be fixed. They checked the car, washed it, and didn’t even charge me. They knew I would be back!

I brought my Mini Countryman to Alpine for an emergency engine issue on the day before I had to leave for a trip, and they went above and beyond to get my car fixed within that tight timeframe. I especially appreciate how friendly and communicative they were through the entire process even though my schedule constraints were so demanding. It was my first time bringing my car to Alpine, and I’ll definitely use them again!
