Regardless if I am purchasing parts from Denise or dropping my car off for repairs, Alpine has always treated me fairly and been helpful. As far as the other review stating Denise was rude to her I personally have not had that experience and have been there 2 times in the last 2 months to buy parts and delt with her directly. So as far as my 2 cents go this is the place for BMW repair.

It was horrible!. Denise was rude and only likes to hear herself talk and fails to hear the consumers concerns. they completed a brake job on my car both front and rear brakes in 2015. At that time my brakes were not squealing nor was my brake light on. After they completed the brake job my brakes have been horrible and never the same. They squeal all the time when the car gets hot and I've taken the car back to alpine but they claim not to find a problem in the brake pads. Its not worth going to them. They charge the same as Roadshow and at least with roadshow it would be guaranteed and it would be fixed correctly

They worked on our BMW and we are so happy with the work they have done for the price... we highly recommend them for any work you may need on your BMW ...great job

As always Alpine Motorworks are very thorough and professional. I had a check engine on which turned out to be the catalytic converter. They are overall very fair and guarantee their work. Yes I recommend them
