Been going to Alpine for over a year now with my ‘91 318i — never left unsatisfied or without a friendly conversation at the front desk. John and the crew up there are clearly well experienced and I’m thankful to have them in the area. Literally every Memphis bimmer owner I’ve met has recommended John’s work.

Would recommend this shop to anyone with a BMW…fixed my problem FAST and was honest about the issue even though it was small.

Extremely professional and stayed on top of updating me anytime there was a substantial update on ordered parts, warranty, schedule, etc. so I never had to wonder what was going on. The service advisors that I worked with were extremely professional, very knowledgable and helpful. Despite being extremely busy they got the car repaired way quicker than I expected. My car is running like a brand new vehicle! They were more that happy to work with my extended warranty company to get them to pay up. Saved me thousands of dollars. I went to another shop in town that refused to even mess with the warranty company because they said they never pay for anything. I cannot recommend these guys enough!!! It’s the only shop I’ll use from now on.
