Memphis BMW Service

The people of Alpine Autoworks are wonderful people. I found myself out of town with a broken down X5, I was 6 hours from home. I had to have my car towed to Memphis from Jackson. None of the shops in Jackson would even look at my car. The team at Alpine didn't really have the time either, but they really had compassion and got my car in as quickly as they could. My son and I would have been stranded for over a week had it not been for Kerry and the team at Alpine. They found the problem, and repaired my car. Helped me get a ride from the rental car agency to their shop and got me out the door. I highly recommend the team for all of your repair needs. My car made it all the way back to Atlanta with no issues. It's running great. They really care. Followed up with me to make sure I made it back safely too. Thank you so much for the excellent service and kindness shown to someone from out of state. God Bless!

I’ve taken my cars here numerous times since 2008 and they always do great work. I have referred a few of my friends here and they thought likewise. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The Mechanics knows what they are doing and honest people. I usually do routine maintenance and repairs myself but time is not always on my side. Alpine is my go-to when servicing my BMWs’.
