Great customer service. Service was completed on time.

My 2018 Mini Cooper needed a battery and they have to be calibrated with the computer in the car. I did not want to go to the dealership. Finding Alpine as an alternative was a blessing. Great service. John’s front line staff are professional and helpful. Jasmine was wonderful! My phone was dying and they let me use a charger. I will be back for all my Mini repairs. A plus!!!

Alpine Autoworks is my go-to for my BMW. I had a check engine light, so I took it to them to get a diagnosis. After an exhaustive search, they could not find any reason for the error light. They gave us reasons why it showed an error ( sitting/not driving regularly) but did not try to upsale or try to get us to make expensive repairs. The customer service was great. The error was cleared and the car is working fine.

Alpine Autoworks is my go-to for my BMW. I had a battery replacement and a oil change. I inquired about a tune-up, but the technician said I didn't need one. Most shops would have done the service, but not Alpine. They are true professionals and I trust them and that is why they are my go-to.
