I was recommended this place after a coworker found it based off reviews. This is the only shop I’ll bring my X5. The facility is great, pricing was fair, and their communication was amazing. If your BMW needs repair this place will treat you and your car well.

John and his team of mechanics and service advisors are the very best for all your BMW automotive needs in the Memphis and surrounding area. They can do it all including any type of repair and maintenance to high performance tuning to meet your needs. Their service is second to none. They are always courteous and listen to you first and then recommend the services they think would be best for your vehicle but will only perform the services you approve. They will never hit you with a bunch of fees for items and services that you didn’t expect. Their work is top notch and they will stand behind it 100%. If you have any problems with their work then they will make any reasonable effort to fix it. If you own a BMW then Alpine Autoworks is the only place you should take your vehicle. I will always take my BMW cars to them and have been for 10 years!

I have used Alpine Autoworks for maintenance and repair of my 2002 X3 since October 2019, shortly after arriving in the Memphis area.. The general service and repairs I've received has always been tops in my opinion. Most recently the issues were challenging to identify and despite a number of weeks the repairs took the entire crew were committed to my satisfaction which I greatly appreciate.

Great service and great customer service. I had a car I needed repaired quickly and they got it done quicker than expected. They are simply the best when it comes to bmw and mini.

I was traveling south from Illinois to Memphis the Monday before Thanksgiving where I would stay overnight and continue on to Louisiana the next day in time for our family gathering. About 60 miles north of Memphis Monday evening a warning flashed and the car (2004 BMW 330xi) began to shift roughly. I got to my friends' house and the next morning began calling repair shops. As one might imagine, everyone was either closed, understaffed, or swamped. I called Alpine, spoke to the nice lady who gave me over to Mario, who really delivered and saved the day. They got the car in for diagnosis that day and it was done by 3:00 the next day. They did everything necessary to get the car going, but left the decision for other things (oil change, air filter, etc.) up to me, which I had them do. I rented a car for the trip from Memphis to Louisiana and back, just in case (it's 18 years old, after all) but the car ran great back to Illinois. John texted me after I got the car to ask if I had any concerns (I had a question) and he took the time over the holiday weekend to exchange texts and address my concerns. I can't recommend these folks highly enough. They are BMW experts, all class and really pulled me out of a tight spot and enabled me to have a great Thanksgiving with my family. That's how it's done, folks.

I’ve gotten multiple things fixed so far and I love it! They were able to get me in befor thanksgiving I was planning on having to wait a while and they fixed it with no issues, they also put air in my tires when they were flat. The first time I went they fixed minor issues like mirror without extra cost and that was well appreciated!!
