Back in October while on the last leg of a long distance move from Arizona to Virginia my BMW 3-series engine over-heated and went into limp mode. The culprit was a failed electric water pump. I had AAA tow my beamer along with me and my dog to Alpine and was eager to get back on the road as I had a move-in date for a new apartment a few days away. Alpine was able to get me back on the road the next day and they even gave me and my dog a ride to my hotel after I dropped off the car. Their quick service, attention to detail and hospitality is unmatched. Hopefully I never break down near Memphis again, but if I do I know who to go to. Thanks Alpine!
