I was referred here from Smiscos import service center and I cannot say enough how happy I am that I took my BMW here to Alpine Autoworks to get serviced.Being a woman I am always skeptical of dealers and service shops but this place definitely proved me wrong!!!From when I first walked in the front desk lady was so pleasant and nice and not to mention the owners John and Deniece were very nice and honest as well. They also were very upfront and honest and didn’t push any additional services on my car that it didn’t need.They diagnosed the problem right away, put me in a loaner car, had the part ordered the same day and was done with my car by the next day, with also a clean wash!!If you want excellent customer service with a business who truly cares, reasonable prices, are very friendly and won’t give you the run around then this is your place to go!I cannot thank them enough for such an awesome 1st time experience and will definitely recommend them to family and friends!!!
