Great work and great service

OK guys! I had to take my burgundy iron baby back to the hospital to have work done! I know she's in good hands because "Alphine Autoworks" has promised to make her feel better! Thank John and the team for the awesome work that they do there! YES! I totally agree! If you are looking for someone that will be TOTALLY HONEST with you and will NOT try and "Jack" you around; you MUST take your car here! The owner; John is a great guy and so is his entire staff! My vehicle has been serviced by Alphine Autoworks for the last 10 years and it's STILL running! (Praise God) IF something is NOT right; John has NO problem, making sure that it's CORRECTED! And what I also admire is that he works alone with his employees also if he has too! I'm a firm believer when you do RIGHT about people; the good Lord will continue to bless you, your business, etc! Great job "Alphine"! I pray that the good Lord continue to give you longevity!

I was referred here from Smiscos import service center and I cannot say enough how happy I am that I took my BMW here to Alpine Autoworks to get serviced.Being a woman I am always skeptical of dealers and service shops but this place definitely proved me wrong!!!From when I first walked in the front desk lady was so pleasant and nice and not to mention the owners John and Deniece were very nice and honest as well. They also were very upfront and honest and didn’t push any additional services on my car that it didn’t need.They diagnosed the problem right away, put me in a loaner car, had the part ordered the same day and was done with my car by the next day, with also a clean wash!!If you want excellent customer service with a business who truly cares, reasonable prices, are very friendly and won’t give you the run around then this is your place to go!I cannot thank them enough for such an awesome 1st time experience and will definitely recommend them to family and friends!!! Keep up the great work!
