The service was good, but my price did go up from my original quote. It wasn't by much, but it was more nonetheless. Also, the originally told me it would take 1 day to fix it. It took 3. The first day was a diagnosis. The second day was waiting on the part. Then it was finally fixed by the 3rd day. I'm use to taking my car to the BMW dealer, but they're prices are way higher than Alpine. So, I decided to try them instead. Service was good, but I didn't like being without my car for 3 days. Had I known it was going to take 3 days, I would've rented a car. But iut was day-to-day with them.

Do yourself a favor and drive past Firestone and go to Alpine Autoworks instead. My truck broke down on the highway near the shop. They helped me get back on the road quickly. As a mechanic myself, I have been in and around a lot of shops and I couldn't be happier with the level of service that they provided. Great employees and a nice, clean, organized shop. Thanks again guys and gals!

yes I definitely do, this guy John is a great dude he done everything the we talked about, answering all the questions I had, quick service, and most of all very honest, and now days that is hard to find, thank you John Scheidhauer for working on 335D bmw nice job!!!

They do great work. We had a major failure in our X1 on the way from TX to NY, had the car towed there from downtown in the middle of the night. The next morning, they were already ordering parts and getting things moving. It took several days but it was a large job. They priced out cheaper parts for us and didn't over charge us. GREAT WORK!

Quick took me in right away and always reliable

I hate it but my first online complaint. These folks just don’t provide the service one would expect given what I’ve learned is very costly maintenance & repairs to begin with. I chose them initially for proximity to work but they shut down from 11 to 12:30 each day-not convenient at all. They wouldn’t call to give me updates. Worse, I had the manager, after several delays & service failures just sit there and ignore me while I waited outside the door during my lunch hour. He wasn’t going to be bothered during HIS lunch hour. They fixed the wrong flat tire but the final kicker was I was recently showing someone under my hood when I discovered they didn’t even bother to screw the intake cover back in on my last check up. All this lazy service after having spent roughly 8k in maintenance over a 6-8 month period. The ladies seemed nice but I can’t trust the work there anymore. In fact, I feel a bit ripped off probably having over paid for service some of which might not have been done or warranted. Extremely disappointed. Apparently they have enough business to not give a damn about customer satisfaction, but I’m not going to support that operation any more after seeing that carelessness under my hood. My advice, go somewhere else.
