Hands down the best shop for BMW service in the Memphis area. I've had three different cars serviced there since 1998 and they cannot be beat for professionalism and customer service. If you've tried the rest, make the change and give your Bimmer the rest!!!!

I have been using Alpine BMW since 2009. They were recommended to me by a friend. Their prices are far below the dealer and they do not run up the bill by adding on unnecessary or make believe costs. They have always sent me photos of the actual damage as they have uncovered it. I have come to trust them and both of my BMWs are serviced there.

The service was good, but my price did go up from my original quote. It wasn't by much, but it was more nonetheless. Also, the originally told me it would take 1 day to fix it. It took 3. The first day was a diagnosis. The second day was waiting on the part. Then it was finally fixed by the 3rd day. I'm use to taking my car to the BMW dealer, but they're prices are way higher than Alpine. So, I decided to try them instead. Service was good, but I didn't like being without my car for 3 days. Had I known it was going to take 3 days, I would've rented a car. But iut was day-to-day with them.

Do yourself a favor and drive past Firestone and go to Alpine Autoworks instead. My truck broke down on the highway near the shop. They helped me get back on the road quickly. As a mechanic myself, I have been in and around a lot of shops and I couldn't be happier with the level of service that they provided. Great employees and a nice, clean, organized shop. Thanks again guys and gals!
