Jess and Tiffany were wonderful to work with (communicative/informative) and did a great job tracking down parts quickly for my 13’ BMW 760LI and their shop foreman/techs went above and beyond with care and expertise in making several difficult electronic and mechanical repairs quickly and even went above and beyond to repair a door seal that had begun to split from wear. Owner, April also reached out to say/hi and check in during service. I very strongly recommend Alpine Auto over local dealer ‘Roadside’ BMW whom I wouldn’t even trust to boil some peanuts after my extremely negative experience with their GM and service dept. I will return to Alpine Auto for future services!

Okay...I know this goes back a few too many years for my vehicle(s)....but great REPUTATIONS and GREAT WORK should be praised , no matter when.....also integrity and honesty should be rewarded in life. After many years in Investment Banking in Memphis, owning a bunch of vehicles (EURO BMW 745ia , a 735i that I bought through John, 2 Panteras, and about 9 MBs) ALPINE was by far the highest integrity and workmanship I ever encountered in Memphis....ever... John knew the 745ia euro backwards....rebuilt it practically.....I left Germantown permantently to return home to Sarasota (thank gawd), had a "problem" with the old 745i....John said "no way" and told me he would fly to SRQ and check the vehicle HIMSELF at my friend Tony's shop in SRQ....John fly down and discovered the car had no such "problem" whatsoever ! (Tony wasn't claiming a problem....another clown's shop was making the bogus claim)....John paid his own flight, I paid his hotel stay........NOW THAT's confidence in your work and reputation....no one is perfect however and certainly not me ! Great service — I was traveling out of state when my “Check Engine” light came on. Alpine was able to fit me in the next day. All issues were identified and/or resolved. Very grateful to get back on the road the next day!
