Called last minute spoke with Pam and was able to be worked in after local BMW retailer couldn’t change oil due to internet being down. So glad I stopped in, Mario was knowledgeable found some issues that the computer monkeys missed down the street. Should you need reputable auto techs go see them.

Excellent customer service!!! Very friendly and accommodating staff with a wealth of BMW knowledge. I think they live for it!! So happy their shop exists as BMW service would be much more expensive with longer wait times at the dealership. Thanks Alpine!!!
