I purchased an ‘06 E90 325i for my daughter to drive knowing it’ll need some maintenance & updating. I was referred to Alpine by a BMW tech from another shop who stated they were the best, fair and the most experienced maintaining out of warranty & older BMW vehicles. After the 32 point inspection, they presented their findings & responded with my budget. Together, we came up with the most practical plan for my daughter’s 1st car. Juan & Mario were very patient with my requests & exceeded my expectations on the work performed. They didn’t suggest anything unnecessary nor did they try to upsale me with anything I didn’t absolute need. Everything was explained in a very detailed & clear manner. “They understood the assignment.” They furthermore offered advice on some things I could DIY to save on the repairs. Now, my daughter has a safe, reliable & clean BMW she will drive for some time to come. Alpine Autoworks is definitely a keeper!

1st class service in every way! I have now changed my go to repair shop for my mini to Alpine. I didn’t realize what I’ve been missing. The offer to pick me up from my home when my car was done was the biggest surprise. Who does that anymore? Mario kept me informed every step of the way. The service was beyond any of my expectations. Alpine has raised the bar.

I obviously am not able to see or decide anything that was done good or not all, however, I do know my Mini is not running hot and it purrs along like it used to. I have a 23 yr old BMW. I love my car and the people at Alpine help me keep it running smoothly. I appreciate that they don't push to have a lot of work done. They help you decide what needs to be done.

This is the second time I have used Alpine Autoworks. The first time I used them was because my car was making a weird noise whenever it went over a bump. Other places couldn't figure it out but the were able to quickly find the issue (loose suspension bolt). This time my car broke down on the road. They were able to diagnose it (needed a new alternator) and fix it. Their pricing is very transparent and upfront so I know exactly what I am paying for. Whenever I have a question it is easy to call them and get my questions answered. It's a great place to take your BMW.

I showed up with my minimal notice. They replaced my battery and registered it quickly and had me on my way! This is definitely a five-star facility! Very friendly service.
