I took my newly purchased BMW to alpine for an inspection. The desk staff was very friendly and the tech was very thorough. I left there with a comprehensive plan on what needed to be done to get my car into tip top condition.

I recently got some work done on my e39 and John is the epitome of professionalism. Probably over 50 emails back-and-forth discussing customizations for my vehicle. Communication was seamless,The price was fair and the repairs and fabrication turned out perfectly. Not to mention that it was done in a timely fashion. I would recommend this shop to anyone that owns BMW. Hands down my best experience at an auto shop ever. It was wonderful to have someone working on my car that is passionate about what they do.

I have been going to see John and Deneice at Alpine since 2005. I've had 3 different cars with them. Their service and friendliness is always top notch. Never a disappointing visit.

Very nice and professional best prices in Memphis they help my grandmother out replaced her starter on her car in a timely fashion an they were very patient with her an they even delivered the car upon completion… Thanks soooo Much . Only place that Beemer’s going for repair!!! 🥰😍

Great shop that does quality work at fair prices, nice folks too. Really can't ask for more. They had a delay in parts arriving but were still able to get my car completed the same day, kudos to the team!

Extremely happy with the knowledge and service John provided me . Had a rough time finding parts and service for my eco Diesel engine in my gladiator and these guys had exactly what I needed and some very helpful information on euro oils and specs. Will definitely return for services.

Only place i go for work on my out of warranty BMWs. Been going for almost 20 years and never had an issue. Only wish they could do warranty work!
