I started going to Alpine a few years ago as an alternative for Roadshow for repairs and maintenance of my 328i. Fast forward…Alpine does a great job at keeping my X5 and 528i in top condition. They are very friendly, professional, and straightforward with the services needed to keep your Bimmer running as it should. I trust them with my Bimmers and will continue to have my vehicles services there.

First rodeo with a Bmw so I was very confused and every one was giving me expensive prices with 10-15 waiting period ! I called Alpine and they gave me a reasonable price and my truck was fixed the next day ! Can you say excited ! Great customer service and friendly staff ! I definitely recommend these people .

Expensive Very close to Roadshow prices Took a week to call me back with estimate

I sincerely apologize that your first experience with Alpine was less than satisfactory. We sometimes get busy and we're human so occasionally things can slip through the cracks. I think you'll find that if you bring your vehicle here and meet us you will like what you see. We don't strive to be the cheapest BMW specific repair shop in town but we feel like we can offer the best value per dollar spent. We are the only shop around that offers 3 years 36k miles warranty on most repairs, we use only original equipment manufacturer parts and we have the latest diagnostic equipment. I appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. I hope that you choose to bring your vehicle here so we can prove ourselves to you. -John
