Excellent customer service! I really appreciate the extent in which staff was willing to accommodate and provide full knowledge to what I should expect relating to services. Post- service I've had no issues to assume my car was not properly repaired. Also because of the team, it's a guarantee I will now come here for all future service + maintenance. -MINI mom

They did great work on our car. The repairs did take longer and cost more than originally expected, but they were very good at communicating and explaining the new developments and providing options, and the results are well worth it. My husband is very happy with the work and the bonus car wash was a perfect touch. Great customer service from Kerry. Definitely recommend Alpine!

Replaced the original battery in my 2013 Mini. Hope the replacement lasts as long as the original. In and out in a reasonable amount of time. Car got a free checkup and a bath. I'll be back.
