Expensive Very close to Roadshow prices Took a week to call me back with estimate

I sincerely apologize that your first experience with Alpine was less than satisfactory. We sometimes get busy and we're human so occasionally things can slip through the cracks. I think you'll find that if you bring your vehicle here and meet us you will like what you see. We don't strive to be the cheapest BMW specific repair shop in town but we feel like we can offer the best value per dollar spent. We are the only shop around that offers 3 years 36k miles warranty on most repairs, we use only original equipment manufacturer parts and we have the latest diagnostic equipment. I appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. I hope that you choose to bring your vehicle here so we can prove ourselves to you. -John

I took my '08 BMW 535xi to Kerry and his team and they did a fantastic job! Jasmine was exceptionally great to work with, fielded my many phone calls and followed up quickly. Alpine is extremely straight forward with the services needed and cost of each and make sure to send you a quote to look at too before working on your vehicle. I will definitely bring my car back to alpine in the future!

Alpine was recommended by a friend. After a very frustrating discussion with the local BMW dealer and another independent repair shop, I decided to give Alpine a shot. I had the entire convertible top system on my Z4 replaced. I knew it was a difficult job. I dropped the car off on Sunday evening, put the key in the slot and on Tuesday, I was called to say my car was ready. The front office staff was as nice as anyone I've ever run into in the car business. They took the time to inspect everything in my car. Made recommendations on what maintenance issues needed attention. When I got to my car I realized they had cleaned and detailed the interior and exterior. I am very pleased with this whole experience. I will definitely use them in the future to maintain my BMW.
