Just bought a used Mini Cooper and only got 1 key for the vehicle. Bought 2 new keys and had them the next day, which is great if you lost your keys. Really helps to have an expert that's not the dealership.

Kerry is simply an angel. I was driving a BMW X6M from Cali to DC then I'd an engine light in Tennesse and stopped by their shop. Kerry went extra miles in his customer service! This guy is the epitome of kindness and dedication. Besides the engine light, he helped me fill my tank with the big "gallon" that I'd in the car, he didn't care having his hands dirty with gas (I didn't know how to operate the gas container). Keep doing the good work!

Excellent customer service! I really appreciate the extent in which staff was willing to accommodate and provide full knowledge to what I should expect relating to services. Post- service I've had no issues to assume my car was not properly repaired. Also because of the team, it's a guarantee I will now come here for all future service + maintenance. -MINI mom

They did great work on our car. The repairs did take longer and cost more than originally expected, but they were very good at communicating and explaining the new developments and providing options, and the results are well worth it. My husband is very happy with the work and the bonus car wash was a perfect touch. Great customer service from Kerry. Definitely recommend Alpine!
